Please follow all horse traials signs. Do not go through Norton in Hales village.

Course Description

Brand Hall is a Georgian house set in Shropshire with some 200 acres of rolling parkland interspersed with small wooded areas. The Novice and BE90 courses are planned to encourage and give confidence. All courses will be solid and beautifully dressed, testing but fair built by the Weston Park team headed by James Plant.

Entries & Starting Fees

Entry fees include VAT. VAT Reg No 152 6644 10.

INTERNET entries will be accepted on http://www.britisheventing.com and will not receive confirmation letters all details will be on the website.  A booking fee of £1.20 including VAT will be charged per entry.  
Send paper entries to the ENTRIES SECRETARY. Please make cheques payable to Brand Hall Horse Trials. Separate cheques are required for each horse (with horse's name on back). 

Entry fees - Novice, ON, NRF - £92.91, - BE90 - £76.21, - CICBCP and CCIJ* - £408.78, CIC* £143.34
Competitors in International Classes only: Please note that, in addition to your entry fee, you will be charged an extra fee of £16 at the time of entry. This is charged by the FEI for the Worldwide Equine & Human Anti-Doping Program. This fee will be refunded in full if your entry is withdrawn

Starting fees - BE90 £15, Novice £20, CIC* £25. Starting fees include a programme.

Withdrawals & Alterations

WITHDRAWALS & ANY ENTRY ALTERATIONS MUST BE MADE BY POST OR EMAIL - THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY TELEPHONE. Final WITHDRAWAL DAY by Telephone only on 29th May. Accepted between 0800hrs and 2000hrs on 07816 236262 .

REFUND POLICY: 100% refund for entries withdrawn before Ballot Date. Thereafter, refunds will only be paid if replaced from a wait list produced at ballot these refunds are subject to a £12 (Plus VAT) administration charge - see rule 4.11 if the event is oversubscribed and a ballot takes place a wait list will be held

Starting Times

STARTING TIMES are available on 30th May between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm on 01889 882264. This number to be used ONLY for times.

CIC1*: 1st £350, 2nd £300, 3rd £250, 4th £200, 5th £150, 6th £100, 7th £80, 8th £80
CIC1*BCP: Training vouchers to be confirmed
CCIJ1*: 1st £500, 2nd £400, 3rd £300, 4th £250, 5th £200, 6th £100, 7th £80, 8th £80
BE90: Sponsor special prizes in kind.
Novice: 1st £85, 2nd £80, 3rd £75, 4th £73, 5th £72, 6th £71
Prize winners or their representative must attend prize giving failure to do so will result in prizes being forfeited.

FEI classes 1 prize per 4 starters, BE classes 1 prize per 6 starters

Stabling

Temporary stabling will be available on site for FEI Ponies and CCIJ1* at a charge of £140.00 including 2 bales of bedding; extra bedding will be charged to competitors.
Others wishing to stable on site will be on a first come basis as stabling is limited. Local stabling will be available at £35.00 per night straw only.

No refunds for stabling fees after 22nd May. Stabling only accepted with entries.

Catering & Accommodation

Hot and cold food available on site.

Trade Stands

A varied and interesting range of trade stands will be available.

If you are interested in trade stand space at Brand Hall - Please Contact Mr J Plant - see above for a booking form.

Trade Stand Space booked by 1st May will be @ £35 per metre Frontage (3 metre Minimum in multiples of a metre )

Admission  Each car displaying a current BE membership card or Organisers and Officials car pass will be admitted including all occupants, all other cars will be charged an entrance fee. Members to park in the grounds Car Park. Horse Vehicles do not need a pass.
